Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician. The ideal candidate holds an accredited Practical Nursing Program, an active LPN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients per policies and procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
• Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR and ensure infection control.
