Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program with current licensure in the state of employment.
• Ability to pass health and other screening tests.
• On-call, night, weekend or holiday coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Assist with health assessment, data collection, and documenting observations.
• Record and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
• Administer medications and participate in nursing interventions under supervision.
