Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Wilson Rehab & Nursing Center. This full-time day shift offers a $15,000 commitment-incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll contribute to a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit, delivering patient-centered care and shaping care plans with the team. Applicants should hold a current LPN license and nursing degree from an accredited program; BLS within 30 days of hire is required.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• New grad LPNs welcome.
• Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring the plan of care.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and rehab staff to ensure quality care.
• Utilize clinical skills and protocols to support patient wellbeing.
