Job summary

Wilson Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day shift. You will apply the plan of care, deliver direct patient care, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists in a 90-bed skilled nursing and rehab unit.

New grads are welcome, with BLS required within 30 days of hire. The center emphasizes compassionate care and growth opportunities, while offering a competitive incentive package to support your commitment.

Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a 90-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Unit, with 20 Rehab beds and 70 LTC beds. Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides. Operating with a patient ratio of 1:15 days, 1:19 evenings and 1:25 nights, our unit cares for patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), COPD, Diabetes, ESRD, Renal Failure, Dementia, Stroke, and heart disease. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support to individuals requiring temporary rehab assistance and LTC needs.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state LPN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited program. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
