Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administers medications and observes patients for adverse reactions.
• Performs laboratory tests and therapeutic services.
• Educates patients and families about disease treatment and follow-up care.
• Maintains patient charts and documents encounters as directed.
