Salem Post Acute in Salem, WV is hiring a full-time night-shift LPN for three 12-hour shifts. New grads are welcomed to apply and will work under RN supervision to deliver quality nursing care with a focus on outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents, observe condition, and report changes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Supervise and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.
