CorrectHealth, LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a licensed practical nurse for a full-time day shift. The LPN will support clinical care under supervision, work with the healthcare team and law enforcement in a correctional environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program.
• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association BLS certified.
• Corrections experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care under supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, or Physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare and law enforcement teams in the correctional environment.
• Maintain standards and ethics of nursing per State Board of Nursing and accrediting agencies.
• Participate in quality of care activities and shift handoffs.
