Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision, in a Christian environment.

The role requires an LPN license with possible IV therapy credentials and includes shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with every other weekend and holiday. The position offers a 36-hour work week and a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN.
• If IV therapy is required, North Dakota requirements include IV therapy training.
• Minimum 400 hours of supervised clinical experience or recent LPN experience at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of RN/physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to assess and respond to residents' needs.
