Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• IV therapy/management skills may be required in ND depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and ensure documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.
