Job summary

The Arc of Union County is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with supervisory experience to oversee Day Health Services for adults with developmental disabilities. This role reports to the Assistant Director, Day Health Services.

Responsibilities include monitoring residents’ health needs, documenting care, and guiding interventions within an interdisciplinary team. A Bachelor's degree is preferred; NJ LPN licensure and driving record checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure required.
• One year supervisor level experience with front line management; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid NJ driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Complete State/Federal Criminal Background checks and Central Registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality person-centered services.
• Maintain ongoing monitoring and documentation of residents' health needs.
• Identify emerging health needs and provide guidance and interventions.
• Be a member of an interdisciplinary team monitoring support needs and making recommendations.
