Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
- Current, valid CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Visit residents to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status.
- Identify resident problems and initiate lifesaving measures when necessary.
- Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
- Monitor the inventory of medications and medical supplies.
- Perform administrative duties such as charting and reporting.
- Report occupational exposures to hazardous materials.
