Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate each resident's condition.
• Identify resident problems and initiate lifesaving measures.
• Provide holistic care for residents within the scope of your LPN license.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of medications and supplies.
• Perform administrative duties as necessary.
• Report occupational exposures according to policies.
