Job summary
Apploi is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The position requires NY licensure, independence in assessment, and engagement in geriatric care.
We offer daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are 7:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00 with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Immediate hiring is emphasized.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in NY.
- Hours: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm.
Responsibilities
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide direct resident care and monitor outcomes.
- Educate residents and families on care.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
