Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time roles in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The candidate must hold a NY LPN license, evaluate and treat residents independently, and participate in therapeutic activities to enhance resident experience. Hiring immediately with daily pay options and competitive benefits.

Shifts available: 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; full-time and part-time positions offered. Rate up to $34.48/hour. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY state.
• Ability to provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Excellent communication with physicians, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Coordinate education for residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians and supervise CNAs.
