Apploi is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York for full-time roles in a Skilled Nursing facility. Expect duties include medication administration, vital signs, resident care, education for residents and families, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs.

Immediate hiring is offered with daily pay options and competitive wages. Shifts available 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; state license required; ability to work independently and support geriatric residents.

Qualificações

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• Experience in geriatric care or SNF settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care for residents in SNF and LTAC units.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs and other health professionals; supervise CNAs.
