Apploi is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves direct patient care in SNF and Long Term Care units, including medication administration and vital signs, with supervision of CNAs. Immediate hiring and both full-time and part-time shifts are available.

The LPN must hold a NY license and is expected to work 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with compensation up to $34.48 per hour and benefits after probation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled SNF and Long Term Care Unit.

• Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs.
