Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license in NY.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, including IVs where permitted.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families; communicate with physicians and CNAs.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
