Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a licensed practical nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to offenders, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document responses.
• Assist physicians, nurse practitioners, and RNs with procedures and emergency interventions.
• Perform advanced practical nursing tasks: wound care, specimen collection, catheter care, glucose monitoring.
