Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, assisting with assessments, documenting care in medical records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A valid GA LPN license and BLS are required; one year of experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Valid, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• One year of LPN experience preferred.
• Corrections experience highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature).
• Assist with patient assessments and document changes in conditions.
