Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking compassionate LPNs/RNs to join The Village at White River Junction. We offer full time, part time and per diem opportunities on day and evening shifts with pay ranging from $41-$44 per hour.

You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment and be part of a supportive team that values resident well-being. Key responsibilities include accurate assessment, documentation, supervision of CNAs, coordination of care with providers, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly in paid or volunteer roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report significant changes in health to proper directors and family per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants in all job aspects.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse, per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and call for backup when needed.
