Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide daily nursing care and supervision to residents following the established plan of care.
Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting per facility protocol.
Observe and record changes in residents’ conditions, promptly reporting to the Nurse Manager and physician as needed.
Participate in care plan development and revision based on resident assessments and goals.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
