Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold active LPN licensure in SD and CPR certification.
• Be physically and mentally capable of performing all essential job functions.
• Possess strong communication, organization, and clinical nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care and supervision to residents following the established plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting per facility protocol.
• Observe and record changes in residents’ conditions, promptly reporting to the Nurse Manager and physician as needed.
• Participate in care plan development and revision based on resident assessments and goals.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
