Good Samaritan Society Canton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process and to collaborate with residents, families and an inter-disciplinary team for planning, implementing and evaluating care.

The RN will care for residents across all phases of care and may serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks as needed while adhering to state practice acts and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; RN licensure in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff; ensure safe, reliable care.
