Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care across all stages of health and wellness.

The role may include acting as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, timely delivery of care in a supportive Christian environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• BSN preferred; advanced certifications welcome
• Experience with the nursing process and patient education

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Serve as charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks to staff while ensuring safe patient care
