• Maintains documentation for assessments, treatments, and evaluations.
• Follows six medication rights and ensures safe administration of meds.
• Interprets patient data to identify age-specific needs and plan care.
• Applies sterile technique and infection control procedures.
• Collaborates with providers to improve patient care and performance.
• Coordinates patient services with referring physicians/facilities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
