Job summary

Responsibilities include daily resident assessment, notifying the charge nurse and physician of changes, administering medications, and ensuring charting and documentation are up to date. Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification required and must be current.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to assess health status and report changes.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed.
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope and supervise nursing assistants.
• Monitor medications, supplies, and equipment inventory for resident needs.
• Complete medical forms, charting, and administrative tasks as required.
• Report occupational exposures per facility policies.
