Job summary

You will deliver holistic nursing care within your licensure scope, manage medications and supplies, and complete essential documentation while adhering to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to observe and evaluate health status and notify nursing leadership if changes occur.
• Identify resident problems and emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in the absence of a physician.
• Provide holistic care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist in monitoring medications, supplies, and equipment inventory for adequate stock.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, and charting as needed.
• Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or hazardous materials per policy.
