Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Practical Nursing license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work with residents in a compassionate, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping for resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and follow policies.
• Make daily rounds and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
