Job summary

Heritage Villa is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living community. You will provide high-quality nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, and support individualized care plans within a collaborative team.

Full-time positions offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid time off, and benefits. Candidates must hold an Oklahoma LPN license and CPR certification, with strong communication and emergency response skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• Valid LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
• Valid CPR certification
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of nursing.
• Lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document resident condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assign nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments.
• Document treatments as required.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are safe and maintained.
• Other duties as assigned
