StoneBridge Senior Living in Osage Beach, MO is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team full-time. You will participate in basic medical care and residents' wellbeing as part of a collaborative clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license for practice.
• CPR certification is required; additional nursing certs are a plus.
• Two years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the nursing care of residents on the unit.
• Provides safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Administers and documents medications per schedule.
• Relays physician orders and updates as status changes.
• Conducts nursing assessments and supports care plans.
• Collaborates with the medical team to ensure resident wellbeing.
