Citadel At Casa Scalabrini is seeking an LPN to join the team. The LPN assumes responsibility for a group of residents during a shift and delivers care under physician orders while complying with applicable standards.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with the IDT to update care plans. A state LPN license and CPR are required; long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current CPR certification required.
• Active state LPN license to practice.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to use computer applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide licensed care to residents as ordered by physician in accordance with standards.
• Document and report nursing observations and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and perform IV therapy within license limits.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary care environment.
• Supervise CNA services on assigned unit.
• Complete admission, transfer, discharge forms.
