Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an LPN/CMA to assist providers with direct patient care in a clinic setting. You will perform clinical duties, handle telephone triage, and support staff with clerical tasks and EHR documentation.

Responsibilities include vitals, wound care, vaccines under standing orders, triage, patient education, and coordinating referrals, with emphasis on safe patient care and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a Medical Assistant Program and current national certification/registration as a medical assistant.
• Or a valid LPN License and Diploma from accredited LPN course.
• Must have excellent communication skills with an emphasis on quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competency with required trainings through completion of orientation checklists for MA/LPN, phone triage, and EHR documentation.
• Perform routine telephone and walk-in triage and forward information to provider/MA/nurse.
• Perform patient assessments including vitals, blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, pulse oximetry, and age-appropriate screenings.
• Review, update, and reconcile allergies, medication list, problem list, reminders, and family history.

Education

Diploma from a Medical Assistant Program

LPN License and Diploma from accredited LPN course

National certification/registration as a medical assistant
