Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with direct patient care through clinical duties and telephone care.
• Assist medical support staff with clerical duties, computer data entry, referrals and routine patient communication.
• Perform patient assessments including vital signs and age-appropriate screenings.
• Review and reconcile patient allergies and medication lists.
• Provide educational materials for patients with chronic illness.
