Job summary

Keystone Family Medicine in Chambersburg, PA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing team. Full-time, no weekends or holidays, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have outpatient office experience, EMR familiarity, and excellent communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus and support a collaborative practice environment.

Qualifications

• PA LPN license in good standing.
• CMA Certificate or MA program graduate.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Outpatient/physician office experience and EMR familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient phone calls and communications.
• Process medical records requests.
• Coordinate and track referrals.
• Monitor laboratory results and follow-up on diagnoses.
• Manage prescription refill requests.
• Support various administrative and clinical workflows.
