Job summary
Keystone Health's urgent care team seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include handling patient phone calls, processing medical records requests, coordinating referrals and lab tracking, and supporting other nurses with daily duties.
Current Pennsylvania LPN license and CPR/BLS certification required; prior office nursing and EMR experience are preferred.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and teamwork skills
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!
