Qualifications

• LPN licensure in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• Outpatient or behavioral health experience preferred.
• EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient access and clinic operations.
• Register, schedule, and check patients in/out of appointments.
• Administer medications and monitor for effects.
• Educate patients regarding medications and treatments.
• Maintain electronic health records and documentation.
