Allina Health is seeking an LPN to support outpatient clinic operations in Saint Michael, MN. The role focuses on patient care, rooming, intakes, and coordination with providers, with a 9-hour day shift and a 0.9 FTE schedule.

External candidates may qualify for a $2,000 starting bonus. The position requires LPN licensure in MN or WI, BLS, and the ability to work across multiple sites with no weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree from a Board of Nursing approved LPN program.
• Two years clinic LPN experience (preferred).
• LPN license in MN or WI depending on location.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC or Allina in-house).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care support as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Administers therapies including medications and scheduling follow up visits.
• Performs rooming and accurately measures vitals and records in the medical record.
• Coordinates communication of medical information with patient and care team.
• Assists in preparing for physician exams and procedures.
• Organizes patient flow to optimize physician movement.
• Makes outbound follow-up calls to patients as directed.
• Charts information in the medical record accurately.
