Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage incoming calls, screen calls, and transfer to the appropriate person/department.
• Assist with scheduling and receiving referrals.
• Help with various office functions.
• Verify client insurances and communicate with referral sources to collect needed information.
