Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health in Durant, Oklahoma. This PRN role focuses on one-on-one patient care delivered in the patient’s home. You will work under the direction of an RN and physician to provide skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring status, educating patients and caregivers, documenting care, and collaborating with the care team to support safe, independent living at home.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (state of practice).
• Previous home health, hospice, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple patients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
