Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate nursing team in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and all state and federal regulations.
