Job summary

Comer Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven team in Comer, GA. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, administer medications, and work with RNs and CNAs to support residents’ well-being.

This role offers evenings, nights, and weekend shifts with pay differentials, weekly pay, and a supportive leadership culture that values your growth and contribution to the community.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license for Georgia.

• Strong teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
