Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, provide direct nursing care, and support CNAs within care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
