Job summary

Lee County Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for day and evening PRN shifts. Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with shift differentials and weekly pay in a mission-driven, supportive environment.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care plans, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with policies. Georgia LPN license required or eligible; teamwork and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
