Job summary

Lee County Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support daily operations in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Starting pay ranges from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour PRN, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
