Job summary

Cherry Blossom Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a compassionate LPN for a PRN role to deliver high-quality nursing care in our community-based center.

You will work with RNs and CNAs to administer medications, monitor residents, document care and support a patient-centered approach. Georgia LPN license required or eligible; we offer competitive wages, weekly pay and a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
