Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC seeks a licensed practical nurse to supervise day-to-day nursing activities within our facility, ensuring residents receive high-quality care under the guidance of the nursing leadership team.

Shifts run 6:45 AM–7:15 PM. You will administer medications, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to uphold safety and regulatory standards while supporting compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
  • Current, active, and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital, long‑term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Position Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day‑to‑day nursing activities within the facility while ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.
