Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for the 7p-7a shift to care for residents in a faith-based setting. You will supervise Medication Aids, monitor conditions, and support daily living activities in a supportive team environment.

Active LPN license in good standing is required. Experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory, as we invest in the right heart and mindset.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
