Job summary

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
- Deliver medications and treatments with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes to ensure safety, comfort and continuity of care.
- Support activities of daily living.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
