Job summary

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
- Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
- Support activities of daily living
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
