Job summary

Edgecombe Health Center by Harborview is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our faith-based team. You will supervise Medication Aids where applicable, monitor residents, and support daily living activities while maintaining thorough documentation.

We value infection control and safety, and you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure high-quality resident care. A valid LPN license is required; long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
• Other duties as assigned
