Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments, supervising Medication Aids where applicable, and monitoring resident conditions to ensure safety and continuity of care. You will support activities of daily living, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Adherence to infection control and safety standards is essential in this faith-based residents’ care setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living
• Maintain clear, timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
